We're looking for an elite Media Buyer who lives inside Meta Ads Manager, thrives on iteration, and can bring in fans at an average CPF ≤ €0.010. That’s your North Star.
You’ll be responsible for growing Facebook pages across multiple verticals—curiosity, green, economy, news, and beyond—through creative testing, data-backed insights, and tight coordination with our organic content team.
Tasks
- Design, launch, and scale Meta Ads campaigns for follower acquisition
- Test rapidly: copy, creatives, audiences, placements—until cost per fan drops
- Kill underperforming ads fast and double down on winners
- Collaborate with the Social Media Strategist to boost top-performing organic posts
- Deliver weekly performance reports with sharp insights: wins, losses, next moves
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (FB/IG)
- Proven success in fan acquisition campaigns (preferably in multi-niche environments)
- Ability to explain campaign performance clearly and concisely
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
