We're looking for a creative Graphic & Video Design Intern to join our international team at HOPn UG. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and content creation - this is your chance to gain hands-on experience and grow your portfolio in a dynamic, startup environment.
Role Description:
Create graphics for social media, web, and digital campaigns
Edit and produce engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, ads, etc.)
Assist in developing brand visuals and content ideas
Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts
Stay up to date with design trends and platform requirements
Qualifications:
Strong visual design skills (portfolio required)
Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
Basic video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
Fluent English - C1 level minimum
Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented
Able to commit 10-15 hours/week remotely
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and engaging visual content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos optimized for various social media channels.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate campaign goals into compelling designs.
Maintain brand consistency by applying established guidelines across all design materials.
Continuously research and incorporate current design trends and video techniques to enhance content appeal
Understanding of visual storytelling and how to communicate ideas through design and video.
Ability to adapt brand guidelines and apply them consistently across various formats.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their creative formats.
Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively during the creative
process.
Strong time management and communication skills in a remote work environment.
