Product Owner (m/w/d)

We are a young, innovative EdTech company with the goal of making a sustainable contribution to the further development of the labor market. We are convinced that targeted continuing education is the key to successful transformation and addressing the shortage of skilled workers. Therefore, we develop intelligent software and data solutions for education providers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Owner (m/f/d) on a part-time basis, starting immediately. The position can be carried out either at our office in Munich or fully remotely from any location. • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Development and prioritization of a clear product vision and roadmap for our content management system and for our channel manager.
• Requirements Management: Translating customer feedback and internal requirements into clear, actionable user stories and epics.
• Customer Feedback & Market Analysis: Proactively gathering and analyzing customer feedback and identifying new market opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with customers, internal teams (Tech, Sales, Support), and other stakeholders to validate and implement requirements.
• Data-Driven Product Development: Using data analytics to inform product decisions and measure the success of new features.
• Processes & Sprint Planning: Responsibility for backlog management and close collaboration with the development team within the Scrum process
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Supporting the definition of acceptance criteria and ensuring product quality.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role
• Confident use of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Technical mindset and experience working with REST APIs and XML interfaces
• Experience in requirements analysis, roadmap development, and stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• German language skills are a plus
