Now, we’re evolving—transitioning to a SaaS-first model that will shape the future of the €200B independent F&B market.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Product, Data and Ops Intern to support our product and operations teams. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our product data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively supports business operations and decision-making.
Tasks
- Support the management and upkeep of product data across internal tools and databases
- Assist in tracking product performance metrics and preparing regular reports
- Work with the product, ops, and CS teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Help optimize internal workflows and processes using tools like Excel, Notion, or Figma
- Conduct market and competitive research to support product strategy
- Support operational tasks related to product launches, testing, and inventory tracking
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain knowledge bases
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects across the product and operations teams
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Django is a plus
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Interest in product management, operations, or analytics
- Affinity with AI
