Tasks
- Coordinate team, partners, clients and projects
- Support the founder in daily operational and administrative tasks
- Handle meetings and back-office magic
- Organize internal communication & external requests
- Help find and welcome new talent
- Be the go-to person who gets things done
- Improve our workflows day by day
Requirements
- First experience in a similar role
- Native German, fluent English
- Organized multitasking skills & self-discipline
- Strong empathy skills to connect with team & clients
- Problem-solving mindset & endurance
- Passion for Hospitality and Social Media
- Confident with email, calendars, Slack, Canva, Notion or similar tools
- Strong communication skills
