Founded in 1997, Earlybird identifies and backs exceptional early-stage companies on a pan-European basis – supporting them through their growth and development phases and providing financial resources, strategic support, plus access to an international network and capital markets. Through two separate strategies, Earlybird focuses on tech-enabled businesses in fintech/ insurtech, enterprise software, and deep tech (energy, food, and space) while Earlybird Health focuses on improving patient outcomes. Earlybird additionally has a Growth Opportunity Fund for follow-on investments, and a pro-bono impact initiative, Vision Lab. With EUR 2.5 billion under management across fund streams and a history of 9 IPOs and 33 trade sales, Earlybird is among Europe’s most established and active venture capital firms.

## Tasks

*   Scheduling appointments, organizing team meetings and providing administrative support for meetings, agendas, events, interviews, and projects
*   Planning and booking business travel
*   Acting as a first point of contact for the local team
*   Undertaking ad hoc administration tasks as required
*   Collaborating with the Earlybird colleagues across offices (Berlin, Munich, & London) and funds

## Requirements

*   Previous experience in project coordination, office management, and/or team assistance 
*   Completed professional apprenticeship (for example, in tourism/hotels, secretarial duties, or similar) or similar
*   Attention to detail and client orientation
*   Very strong organizational skills plus the ability to prioritize and multitask
*   MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as the Google suite, Zoom, Slack, and other tools that make workflow more efficient
*   Fluency in German and English
*   Work authorization for Germany
