The Finance Specialist is responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, monitoring budgets, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Tasks
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
- Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
- Prepare payroll support documentation when required.
- Monitor cash flow and company expenditures.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and financial institutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems is an advantage.
- English is important: Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
