You’ll own Tiktok Shop end-to-end

Tasks

Own and scale Live Commerce as a revenue channel
Plan, execute, and optimize live shopping streams
Recruit, manage, and coach hosts & creators
Drive conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase via live formats
Analyze performance and continuously iterate on winning setups

Requirements

Proven experience in Live Commerce, Live Shopping, or Creator Sales
Strong commercial mindset with clear revenue ownership
Confident on camera or experienced directing live talent
Data-driven, structured, and fast in execution
Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
