Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing AI start-up? Would you like to be part of an ambitious & international team and actively shape the future of the company? Then we are a match! We are an up-and-coming AI start-up and are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our sales team.
As an Account Executive, you will actively drive the growth of our AI-supported SaaS application and be responsible for the entire sales process - from acquisition to closing. In close cooperation with the management and the product team, you will identify and convince potential customers, develop strategic sales approaches and build long-term relationships. Your focus will be on expanding our new business internationally and developing existing customers.

Tasks

Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline with a focus on international enterprise customers

Drive the full account lifecycle, from first deal to expansion, shaping strategy directly with the founders and product team

Conduct product demos and negotiations with C-level decision-makers

Use CRM and sales tools to structure and analyze your sales activities

Requirements

You have 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in the AI or software sector

You are used to a hunter mentality and have proven success in closing

You are familiar with strategic sales methods (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales)

You can explain complex solutions simply and convince decision-makers

Experience with outbound methods and ABM approaches is a big plus

You are either a native English speaker or speak excellent English - you can pitch and negotiate confidently in English

You are living in Europe with a work permission for Germany or are open to relocate to Germany.

Benefits

Creative freedom: You will be given ownership from day one in a team with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths. You will have the opportunity to actively shape the development and scaling of the company.

First-class team: International and motivated team. Despite many different locations, regular (online) team events take place to celebrate our joint successes.

Development opportunities: You have the opportunity to start your career in a fast-growing company as well as in Enterprise SaaS Sales, quickly climbing the first steps on the career ladder.

Remote Work: We encourage flexibility by allowing you to work 100 % from home from anywhere within Europe.

Attractive conditions: 30 days' vacation, attractive salary package (fixed salary plus performance-based commission), a monthly voucher and regular online and offline team events.
