As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you ensure we have the right people on our team to continue our success story. Your focus is on ensuring a strong hiring pipeline and __delivering the right talent to keep our growth on track__.

## What you’ll do

* Manage the __end-to-end recruiting process__: from job ad creation to candidate onboarding
* __Actively source__ and engage candidates across Europe, especially via LinkedIn
* Recruit for both __business and tech roles__ (Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations)
* Screen __applications__, conduct __interviews__, and __coordinate hiring processes__ with managers
* Ensure a smooth and positive __candidate experience__ throughout the process
* Build and maintain a structured __talent pool__ for future hires
* Keep track of __recruiting KPIs__ (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion rates, quality of hire) and use them to continuously optimize the process

## What you bring

* __Fluent in German and English__ – both written and spoken
* At least __2 years of experience in talent acquisition__, ideally in a fast-paced environment
* Proven track record particularly in regards to highly __technical positions__ (senior backend and frontend engineers, data scientists)
* Strong __service mindset__ – you treat applicants like customers and push for the best possible candidate experience
* __Sense of urgency__ – you act quickly and decisively to secure top talent in competitive markets
* Hands-on expertise with __sourcing tools and ATS systems__ (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Join, Personio)
* Structured, organized, and proactive approach – you love __filling roles efficiently and effectively__
