This role is about more than just coding—it’s about problem-solving, optimizing workflows, and creating seamless digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable WordPress and Webflow solutions, implementing best practices, and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of functionality, design, and performance.

Skills & Requirements

PHP Development – Strong experience building and maintaining web applications in PHP.
WordPress Expertise – Customizing themes, developing plugins, and working with the WordPress REST API.
Webflow Development – Experience building custom Webflow sites and CMS structures.
Database Management – Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL for handling data in WordPress/PHP applications.
SEO & Performance Optimization – Ability to optimize websites for speed, security, and search engine visibility.
Git & Version Control – Comfortable using Git workflows for collaboration and deployment.
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to work with remote teams and stakeholders.
Spoken English (C1-C2) – Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain WordPress and Webflow websites, ensuring high performance and security.
  • Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable PHP code for custom functionalities.
  • Build and maintain APIs and third-party integrations within WordPress/Webflow projects.
  • Work with Webflow’s CMS to create scalable, visually appealing websites.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with designers and frontend developers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Stay up to date with best practices in WordPress, Webflow, and PHP development.
