We are a global events organization, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences. As part of our expanding advertising sales team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing crucial first contact with potential clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

## Tasks

**Research:** Ability to research potential clients, Identify key board level decision makers, find telephone numbers.

**Client Engagement:** Initiate and nurture business relationships with major potential clients over the telephone.

**Collaboration:** Work closely with the project director to represent our global events.

**Market Development:** Contribute to the growth and expansion of our presence in the DACH region.

**CRM:** Use company CRM to update leads and prospects daily.

**Training:** Receive comprehensive training and guidance to excel in your role.

This position begins as a trial, with the possibility of transitioning to a flexible full-time role after a successful one-month review.

We pay an **industry best weekly and monthly commission and bonus** structure commensurate with experience and performance.
