We are now looking for a __Performance Marketing Manager__ to join our Marketing Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and innovative digital experiences. You will work closely with various departments, fostering collaboration to drive the success of our projects. 

__Your role in a team:__

* Set up and optimise __Google Ads__ campaigns, driving results through strategic thinking and based on data-driven insights.
* Conduct keyword research and build keyword strategies
* Co-own the advertising and testing strategy for __Google Ads__.
* Plan, execute, and optimise conversion rates across platforms and products, to achieve goals and KPIs, ensuring efficient budget allocation and continuous improvement.
* Monitor and analyse campaign data, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
* Implement __A/B testing__ methodologies to refine and improve campaign performance.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.

__What you need to be successful:__

* __Experience: At least 4 years of in-depth knowledge of Google ads.__
* Familiarity with __Google Analytics__, conversion tracking, and other related tools
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving.
* Proficiency in data driven performance analysis, customer journey optimization and A/B testing as well as deep understanding of tracking and analytics.
* Language Skills: __Fluent in English,__ written and spoken.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
* Self-motivated, organised, and capable of meeting project deadlines.
* Located in Germany
