For our next phase we are now looking for a legal expert to coordinate our various external and corporate functions.

__Your primary tasks will be__  

* Serve as trusted advisor for all topics around legal, governance and data protection and provide strategic guidance to our management team
* Act as the main point of contact between us and the corporate functions of our parent group
* Support in the preparation for and during the execution of internal and external audits and work hand in hand with governance stakeholder representatives
* Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosure documents
* Take full ownership about our legal processes, policies and structure

Your profile

* Completed degree in law, economics or equivalent with strong knowledge of laws and regulations
* 2+ years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
* Robust knowledge of financial regulations and relevant regulatory bodies (e.g. BaFin)
* Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply legal principles to practical business situations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
