**To grow our APAC team located in Sydney we are looking for a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager.**

## Tasks

*   Responsible for technical and organizational leadership of client relationships and projects
*   Technical day-to-day contact of a client portfolio to maintain a strong relationship
*   IT Project definition, initiation, planning and execution
*   Analyze business needs and translate to business requirements to address client needs
*   Collaborate with the Product Owner for client requirements, planning and deployment of products
*   Provide consultancy and training services related to the product portfolio offered (Applications, Tools, API)
*   Coordinate releases of new features with client
*   Work together with application support to ensure troubleshooting of technical issues
*   Ensure that provided services and delivery standards are met

## Requirements

*   Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or similar preferably with IT/Software/Technical background
*   Experience with external client facing roles
*   Project management certification and experience for 3-5 years
*   Experience in requirement engineering and proven analytical skills
*   Experience with Service Operations as well as agile techniques
*   Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
*   Strong organizational, follow-up, time management and administration skills
*   Able to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure
*   Fluent in English, further languages would be advantageous
