Data Platform Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Data Platform Delivery Lead to join the AI & Data Hub Platform Team. This role serves as the operational partner to the Head of Platform and works closely with the Platform Tech Lead to ensure smooth delivery and coordination across platform initiatives.

The successful candidate will own day-to-day backlog management, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, and release coordination for a strategic data platform environment. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong organizational skills, delivery leadership, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders while protecting team focus and delivery commitments.

• Own and manage the platform backlog.
• Prioritize incoming requests and coordinate delivery activities.
• Work closely with stakeholders, Stream Leads, and Epic Owners.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and release activities.
• Support platform service adoption across the business.
• Ensure documentation is up to date and easy to use.
• Coordinate across teams to keep delivery on track

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Product Management, Project Management, or Technical Program Management.
• Proven experience owning and prioritizing backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Understanding of DevOps and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience working with Data Platforms, Analytics Platforms, AI Platforms, or Cloud-based platforms.
• Ability to turn business requirements into actionable backlog items.

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise data or analytics environments.
• Background in Platform Product Management.
• Experience supporting releases and change management.
• Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems and platform services.
