Senior .NET / Azure Software Engineer

We’re looking for highly experienced Software Engineers to join the Ecommerce Portal team and help shape the future of e-commerce in the mining and construction industry.

This is a great opportunity to join a start-up-minded initiative within a large, successful organization, working on cutting-edge solutions across the entire e-commerce journey from machine events and product recommendations to checkout and order tracking.

• Build and continuously improve e-commerce solutions from sales triggers and product recommendations through to checkout and order tracking.

• Develop end-to-end web solutions within an Azure environment.

• Work as part of an Agile full-stack development team, translating requirements into scalable solutions.

• Leverage Azure services and Agentic AI to enhance user experiences and automate processes.

• Contribute to the digital transformation of a leading organization in the mining and construction industry.

Non-negotiable:

• 8+ years of .NET development, with strong web development experience
• 8+ years hands-on experience with Azure App Services, including deployment, configuration and management
• Strong understanding of how to build, deploy and manage web solutions in Azure
• 5+ years of hands-on Azure services experience
• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions in Agile environments

AI and Azure Experience

Experience with Agentic AI platforms is highly desirable, particularly technologies such as:

• Azure AI Foundry
• OpenCode
• OperClaw
• Similar agentic AI platforms where agents can retain memory and develop/use skills
• ChatGPT / Claude APIs

Candidates should also have hands-on experience with at least 5 of the following:

Azure Foundry | Azure Serverless SQL | Azure Cosmos DB | Azure Storage | Azure Service Bus | Azure AD | Azure Front Door | Azure API Management | Azure Traffic Manager | Azure Functions | Azure Cognitive Services | ChatGPT/Claude APIs

Additional Experience

• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as Bootstrap UI and Vue.js
• Familiarity with CMS and e-commerce capabilities or relevant industry-specific business processes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
