We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to deliver complex Salesforce development work for the Service Cloud implementation. The role will be responsible for designing and building custom Salesforce components, supporting integration requirements, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to technical quality across the development lifecycle.
Tasks
- Design and build Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, validation rules, configuration, and platform automation.
- Develop Service Cloud features and enhancements based on user stories, functional requirements, and technical design documents.
- Support Salesforce-side integration activities related to Amazon Connect, including API handling, data mapping, error handling, and integration testing support.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute implementation recommendations.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with Salesforce development best practices.
- Create and maintain Apex test classes, ensure test coverage, and support deployment validation.
- Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, integration failures, and production-like environment issues.
- Work closely with the Developer Lead, QA, Business Analyst, and Solution Architect to clarify requirements and resolve gaps.
- Mentor junior developers and support peer reviews where needed.
Requirements
- Strong Salesforce development experience using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, triggers, and platform configuration.
- Experience developing for Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience working on Salesforce integrations using APIs, external systems, or middleware.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, governor limits, and deployment practices.
- Ability to independently analyze requirements and deliver complex development tasks.
- Good debugging, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II is a plus.
- Experience with Amazon Connect, CTI, or contact center-related integrations.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, deployment pipelines, and release management tools.
