We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Operations and Events Manager to join our elite team. Join us at the forefront of blockchain innovation!

What you’ll be doing:

This role prioritizes operations management and events coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our cutting-edge facilities and services while also managing and supporting a variety of exciting events.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations of CV Labs’ state-of-the-art coworking spaces and ensure all services run efficiently.
• Co-Hosting the Headquarters Reception, including back office and Post Organisation
• First contact for tenant requests

Event Management:

• Plan and execute engaging events, ranging from small curated gatherings to medium-scale community and events, with the opportunity to support large-scale conferences like our prestigious CV Summit and WEB3 HUB along the WEF in Davos
• Coordinate event logistics, including liaising with vendors, handling permits, and managing budgets.
• Establish best practices and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Experience with Back Office, Hospitality, Operations, Catering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in operations management with a secondary focus and experience on event management.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Fluent in English (German preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Good command of Google Workspace
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations.
• Self-starter with a strong problem-solving ability.
• Ready to work during event hours (evening, weekend)
• Service-oriented, hospitality experience of advantage
