Implement and further develop ITSM modules in ServiceNow
Take full ownership of customer projects – from requirements to go-live
Collaborate with an agile and interdisciplinary team

Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users
Solid experience with ServiceNow, especially in configuring and customizing ITSM modules
Understanding of ITIL processes and ideally relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation)
