## Your Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain complex features and services on time and quality
* Independent problem solver on feature and bug level
* Ensure code quality
* Keep System Error-Free
* Contribute to customer satisfaction measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
* Conduct code reviews
* Work on improving application performance and reliability and continuously identify and reduce tech debt
* Solid understanding of the tech vision and starting to contribute to progressing towards it

## What you’ll bring to the team:

* Proficient in __Java__ and related tools and technologies (Ruby on Rails, Node)
* Competent in system architecture and design patterns
* Ability to apply software development best practices and principles on a daily basis
* Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
* Ability to utilise expertise and experience to reach a high level of productivity
* Fluent English, written and spoken
* High level of motivation and eager to learn
