## Tasks

*   identyfying the market and the competition trends
*   managing the annual budget for the new developing products
*   analyzing the sale patterns
*   observing the stock quantities and make suggestions for minimization
*   managing the product costs
*   managing the packaging prerequisites
*   supervising the team and provide on-the-job training where needed
*   reporting weekly to the general manager
*   cooperating effectively with the R&D, marketing and commercial departments
*   identifying the need for the company's presence in various exhibitions
*   leading the company's presence to various award contests

## Requirements

*   BSc in Chemistry/Business Administration/Marketing
*   MBA/MSc in Business Administration/Marketing/Product Management
*   at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar field
*   very good knowledge of english

Nice to have:

*   experience in budgeting reports
*   experience in ERP systems
*   higly developed skills in communication/teamwork
