Job Summary
Partners with global Business Groups, IT teams, and external clients to define requirements, design solutions, and manage projects for Order Management, EDI/API integrations, and electronic invoice compliance.
Tasks
- Requirements & Process Design: Analyze and document business requirements and end-to-end workflows across Order Management, billing, and invoicing. Provide expert recommendations aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
- Project & Release Management: Plan release scopes, project schedules, and milestones. Manage risks, track deliverables, and enforce standardized project documentation and training.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional communication across management levels. Engage third-party vendors for development, testing, and compliance needs.
- EDI/API & E-Invoicing Testing: Lead internal and client-facing testing cycles (UAT, integration) for EDI/API and invoicing tools. Track defects, manage scripts, and deliver status reporting.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years as a Project Lead or Business Analyst in Order Management, EDI/API integrations, or invoice management processes. Hands-on experience with Agile methodology.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Order Management workflows, system orchestration, EDI/API protocols, and e-invoicing compliance. Familiarity with ERP, billing, and pricing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Core Skills: Ability to map data flows, write user stories, and drive discussions across global teams, external clients, and vendors. Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
