Location: Bucharest, hybrid role, 2 days/week at the office

Contract Duration: 6 months

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Management of Change (MoC) to lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across internal teams and partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, hands-on project execution, and strong communication skills to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working within a dynamic environment.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives and partner requirements.
  • Design and implement training programs and materials to support adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Create and manage communication plans to ensure clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and prepare for upcoming changes, building structured frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and partner-facing teams to gather feedback, identify process gaps, and define improvement areas.
  • Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and impact metrics, ensuring continuous process improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive engagement, alignment, and ownership of change initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and organizational best practices in all change-related activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project Management and Management of Change within complex or large-scale organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training and enablement materials for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, global, and partner-facing teams.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools and governance processes is a strong advantage.
