## Your duties at the royal court

* Working at the interface between clients and the data team as well as between the data team and internal project managers.
* Upselling data services to clients, further development of customers with regard to their use of data services
* Independent management of pitches
* Statistical analysis, analysis of performance data and data modeling
* Data preparation and data visualization
* Creating reports including the derivation of recommendations for action for clients in a social and political context
* Control and release of social listening reports and derivation of strategic recommendations from social listening for clients
* Developing, implementing, and analyzing surveys
* Further development and optimization of data services
* Support of internal projects, such as the internal data structure and other data projects

## Your missions profile

* Degree in political science, statistics, econometrics, mathematics or a similar field
* 1-2 years of experience in customer support on data-related projects and content
* Enthusiasm for the visualization and analysis of data from politics and social media
* Initial knowledge and practical experience in one or more statistical programs or programming languages (R, Python, Tableau, SQL)
* Initial experience with analysis tools (e.g. Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Meltwater) desirable
* Strong sense of initiative, strong communication skills and motivation
* Excellent German and very good English skills
