Tasks

In the field Enablement

  • Embed inside Raison corporate customers and design partners; sit next to real teams and make individual people measurably better with AI.
  • Identify each team's AI champions, capture the workflows and prompts that genuinely create value and turn them into clear, reusable, governed skills.
  • Design and run the enablement that gets the other 90% (the less AI-fluent) to adopt those skills in the flow of their real tasks, with the right contextual nudge at the right moment, and the right training modules.
  • Own each pilot end-to-end and instrument the proof: reuse rates, spontaneous pull, time saved, mastery progression, employee sentiment.

User Research & Discovery

  • Own field research: contextual inquiry, user interviews, and observation of how teams actually work with AI and where it breaks.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our core users - individual contributors, champions, managers, and corporate buyers - and the context they operate in.
  • Synthesize messy field data into sharp, actionable insight: jobs-to-be-done, adoption blockers, and the conditions under which a skill transfers between people.
  • Establish a continuous discovery habit so research is a foundational reflex and champion the user's perspective in every product decision.

Product & Training Design

  • Be the tightest feedback loop between the field and engineering: everything you do by hand today is the spec for what the product must automate tomorrow.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our AI product engineers so your field learnings ship as features, then get re-tested at the next pilot.
  • Contribute designing Raison’s hyper-personalized AI training offers, based on your unique customer insights and individual preferences.

Requirements

  • You have 4–8 years across some mix of: L&D / instructional or learning design, forward-deployed / customer-facing consulting, enablement, field engineering, ops, or UX research; where you have shown you can walk into ambiguity and make people measurably better at their jobs.
  • You are a genuine AI power-user yourself. You don't just talk about prompts and skills, you build with AI every day, and it shows.
  • You love being with people and in the mess of real work. You'd rather sit next to someone for a day than send them a deck. This is a hands-on, on-site, get-it-done role, not a design-from-your-desk one.
  • You are a skilled researcher who can design a light study, run it in the wild, and turn qualitative chaos into clear direction.
  • You have the taste to tell a valuable, reusable skill from a throwaway prompt, and the craft to design enablement that actually sticks.
  • Strong sense of ownership, obsessively organized but comfortable with ambiguity, and at ease being measured on hard outcomes
  • You are fluent in oral/written communication in both French and English. Spanish is a plus.
  • You are excited that this role is scaffolding for a product rather than a lifelong consulting gig, and you want the ownership, equity, and career-defining challenge that only comes from being early.
  • Bonus point: you are deeply passionate about something other than work.4-8 years of experience in product design, UX design, or a hybrid design-research role, ideally on complex, multi-user B2B/B2C products. Previous experience on a learning platform is a huge plus.
  • A strong portfolio that shows both craft and thinking: we want to see how you operated.
  • A skilled researcher who can design a study, run it, and turn messy qualitative data into clear direction.
  • Comfortable designing for AI-driven and adaptive experiences where the interface handles uncertainty, personalization, and non-linear workflows.
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills: typography, spacing, motion, and the small details that build trust.
  • Autonomous and opinionated, but you hold your opinions loosely when the evidence says otherwise.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and education. Bonus if you've worked with or inside higher education institutions.
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written). Spanish is a plus.
  • You want ownership, equity, and the kind of career-defining challenge that only comes from being early.
  • Bonus: deeply passionate about something outside of work.

Benefits

  • A founding role with equity and direct influence on company strategy.
  • Competitive salary, benchmarked to the Paris startup ecosystem.
  • Flexibility: remote-friendly with regular in-person collaboration in Paris and an office in Montmartre with a beautiful Sacré-Coeur view.
  • A front-row seat to one of the most important shifts in how humans learn.
  • A small, sharp team that ships fast and trusts each other to figure things out.

If you care deeply about making powerful tools feel human and want to shape a product from the very beginning, this is your role. Apply now and help us build the future of learning.
