We recently raised our pre-seed round with a top French VC and high-profile Business Angels, and signed pilots with blue-chip European customers in Higher Education (ESSEC, ESCP, UAX) and Online Training (Myria Education).
We are looking for a Founding Brand & Marketing Lead — a creative, strategic thinker who will define how Raison looks, sounds, and shows up in the world. You will own brand identity, content, and demand generation from day one, and transform Raison into a brand that learners of any age, country and background will truly love.
Tasks
Brand & Narrative:
- Define and evolve Raison's brand identity: voice, visual language, positioning, and editorial direction.
- Craft the founding narrative: why agentic learning matters, why now, and why Raison.
- Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint: website, product, social, sales materials, investor materials, and events.
- Translate complex AI and pedagogy concepts into clear, compelling language for non-technical decision-makers.
Content & Thought Leadership:
- Build and run Raison's content engine: blog posts, case studies, white-papers, newsletters, and social media.
- Position the founders and the company as thought leaders at the intersection of AI and education.
- Develop content strategies tailored to different audiences: provosts, heads of digital learning, instructional designers, corporate leaders.
- Identify and pitch speaking opportunities, media placements, and co-branded content with partners.
Demand Generation & Growth:
- Design and execute inbound marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for the GTM team.
- Own the website experience: messaging, landing pages, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Experiment with channels: organic social, paid acquisition, community building, email nurture, events.
- Set up marketing analytics and attribution to understand what is working and double down on it.
- Collaborate closely with the GTM lead to align marketing efforts with the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in brand, content, or growth marketing, ideally with a mix of B2B SaaS, Learning-tech/Future of Work, and B2C, in environments where you built things from scratch.
- A strong portfolio: you have shaped a brand, launched campaigns, and written content that people actually wanted to read.
- You think in systems: you understand how brand, content, and demand generation fit together to drive a business forward.
- A gifted writer and visual thinker: writing a landing page headline, briefing a designer, and storyboarding a product video in the same afternoon are not challenges for you.
- Data-informed but taste-driven: you know what good looks like and don't need a dashboard to tell you.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and education.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written). Spanish is a plus.
