ServiceNow CMDB Consultant

• Lead ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery implementations for clients across various industries
• Define and implement the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within customer environments
• Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to ensure CI data quality and process optimization
• Conduct client workshops to understand infrastructure and business needs, and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to CMDB best practice development
• Support governance, lifecycle, and health of configuration data

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially CMDB and ITOM modules
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, CSDM, and integration of external data sources
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end CMDB projects and workshops
• Experience with JavaScript and understanding of ServiceNow scripting capabilities
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• ServiceNow certifications (CIS-Discovery, CIS-CMDB, CSA) are highly valued
