Is your passion creating user-friendly, high-converting designs? How about joining an amazing, diverse team of ~40 people from all over the world? We offer you the flexibility to work 100% remote. Working with the best, for the best, facing exciting challenges, and creating a real impact—if that sounds like your ideal work life, let's get to know each other and see if it's a match!
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Designer to join our team. If you love taking ownership of a product's visual language and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. We have a massive backlog of exciting designs and new features waiting to be brought to life, meaning you will have plenty of highly impactful work from day one!

Tasks

Create high-quality, user-centric interface designs leveraging our existing Design System.
Evolving the Design System: Actively maintain and adjust our current Design System by building and integrating new components and elements as the platform scales.
Shaping the Future: Lead the design process for brand-new modules and upcoming features from concept through to developer handoff.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Iterate and adjust designs based on continuous feedback from Developers, QA, and Product Leadership to ensure technical feasibility and an optimal user experience.
Handling Ad-Hoc Requests: Step in to create additional platform designs and assets as needed to keep development moving smoothly.

Requirements

Figma Expertise: Highly proficient in using Figma for end-to-end UI/UX design.
Design System Mastery: Hands-on experience working strictly within a Design System built with scalable, reusable components and elements.
System Maintenance: Know how to cleanly update, organize, and expand a Design System in Figma without breaking existing linked designs.
Adaptability: Comfortable taking feedback and making rapid adjustments based on technical or QA requirements.
Languages: Fluent in both German and English (C1 level).

Benefits

Job Security: A deep pipeline of features to build, meaning steady work and the opportunity to leave a massive footprint on the final product.
A Global Team: An international, ambitious team full of energy and drive.
Great Culture: No stiff corporate formality — a relaxed, young, and fun team environment with open communication and flat hierarchies.
Focus on Growth: Workshops, coaching tailored to your interests, books, podcasts, and more to help you develop.
