As **Head of People & Talent (m/f/d)** at Consultport, you’ll be responsible for one of the key drivers of our company’s success – attracting top talents, retaining and developing them. Directly reporting to the Founder and Managing Director, you will help shape the growth and culture of the company.

## Tasks

**Your mission**

**Strategic Leadership**

*   Attract top talents and create a steady pipeline of high-quality candidatesent strategy
*   Build & develop the HR team & be prepared to be a mentor to them, by passing on your well-established knowledge of the world of recruitment.
*   Lead and train the team and hiring managers to deliver on the highest standards for the ideal candidate and employee experience with Consultport (pre-hire and post-hire)
*   Act as an ambassador for our company and showcase our top-class people & talent strategy e.g. at company fairs and conferences

**Attract top talents**

*   Partner with our Founder and Managing Director to develop and execute our talent strategy, designed to:

1.  Attract top talents and create a steady pipeline of high quality candidates
2.  Optimize our processes for efficient resource and sourcing management
3.  Connect with talents and lead them through our recruiting process up to contract closing.

*   Support the development and execution of a top-notch Employer Branding strategy, to take our company’s employer image to a new level.

*   Track, measure, and analyze our hiring process, using data to make decisions and optimize hiring processes as we grow our operations
*   Provide insight and data regarding wage and salary trends and market dynamics, distribute metrics and provide performance reporting, to enable us to remain ahead of the competition
*   Establish a process to measure the happiness of our employees

**Your profile**

*   Extensive experience in talent acquisition and people development (Min. 5 years)
*   Previous experience, in a fast-paced environment/start-up
*   You have experience with hiring for a variety of roles, i.e. non-tech and tech
*   You know what it takes to attract the best talent and how to pick the right person for each role
*   You have successfully managed, developed, and scaled teams during a time of rapid growth
*   You draw on considerable hands-on sourcing and interviewing experience
*   You possess exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills, paired with a high level of empathy and drive, which enables you to achieve the best results possible within a defined time frame
*   You’re known for your excellent communication and relationship-building skills, which has helped you to establish a sizeable network
*   Due to your passion for recruiting and your insatiable curiosity, you always stay on top of innovative solutions and love breaking new ground in the world of talent acquisition
*   Fluent Business German and English, both oral and written
