Contract and Service Manager | Asset Management

Your Tasks:

Monitoring of contracts and their life cycle with external data providers, consultants, outsourcing partners, etc. / Ongoing analysis of contractual requirements with line managers in terms of performance and service quality / Ongoing analysis of changing needs, adaptation of external services and optimisation of costs and budgeting / Solving operational problems with suppliers and providing smooth services / Support of Procurement in the commercial evaluation of suppliers and with competitor comparisons regarding best practice / Organisation and coordination of audits of data providers, consultants, outsourcing partners, including monitoring of suppliers' contractually agreed performance to ensure compliance for all obligations and commitments / Independent handling of daily tasks between internal and external stakeholders, in particular in the case of inadequate service provision / Management and processing of market data related contractual matters / Implementation of restore processes in the case of complaints, change orders, etc./ Conducting training sessions for the compliant use of market data and sensitising participants to risk-oriented use of services / Ongoing communication with service providers and situational ad-hoc projects.

Your Profile:

Master's or Bachelor's in (Business) Law or Economics / Experience in contract management, preferably in the fund industry or in banking / Strong understanding of contract requirements and processes / Experience leading projects to optimize quality and value / User knowledge of the products of outsourcing partner, external consultant companies, data provider (Bloomberg, Morningstar, etc.) / Interested in independent project management / IT flair for processes and systems (e.g. databases) and big data issues / Ability to work under pressure with flexibility / Excellent organizational and communication skills / Good Office and Excel skills / English as well as German.
