We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our English speaking team at Concrete Rep, a dynamic agency based in London and Berlin starting as of April 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity for a current student of business administration or someone with entry-level accounting experience to develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative work environment.

As a Working Student Finance & Accounting at Concrete Rep, you will play a crucial role in assisting our finance department with various accounting tasks. You will work closely with our Head of Finance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry while contributing to the overall success of the organisation. We are looking for an individual available for 20hrs/week (maybe more during Semester break).

## Tasks

*   Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in processing invoices and bills,  
posting journals, and reconciling discrepancies to ensure accurate information in our accounting system, as well as carry out Data Entry and Record Keeping for monthly closure and year closure preparations
*   Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations. 
*   Assist Monthly Closure and Year end preparations: Support internal processes  
by providing documentation and answering inquiries. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide information on financial matters.

## Requirements

*   Good Excel skills, initial experiences with accounting software like Datev or Xero
*   Proficiency in the English language, German is a plus
*   Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*   Excellent organisational and time management skills
*   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills
