Support us in creating the leading data onboarding SaaS startup in Europe. We built a complex data onboarding tool with massive scaling potential to take over the European market. Last year we raised our pre-seed round from A+ VCs and are now looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help our team deliver innovative solutions. 🚀

## Tasks

*   **Create the integrations of user-facing elements** developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
*   Build **high-quality reusable code** that can be used in the future while implementing **security and data protection**
*   Design and implement data storage solutions with optimized applications ensuring maximum speed and scalability
*   **Be a cross-functional member of your team**. You'll work with other team members and stakeholders, which are essential elements in building our digital products
*   Become a core member of a small but growing team of developers working in the technology space
*   Make delivering **innovative work** part of your extraordinary career

## Requirements

*   You are a dedicated and ambitious person with a \*\*\*\*Senior-level engineering experience of +5 years with **NodeJS, Express, NestJS, TypeScript, and MongoDB**
*   Experience with **Cloud Services** (e.g. EC2, S3, Lambda) and modern cloud architecture (e.g. Docker) along with infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation).
*   Familiar with **continuous integration** (e.g. GitHub Actions)
*   You have **strong communication skills**, manifested in a well-chosen articulation in English
*   You are a **team player, love to take responsibility, share knowledge,** and have the ability to help other developers by performing code reviews
*   You are located **in or near Hamburg** or are **open to relocating**

Would be nice to have

*   Experience with unit and integration test automation tools such as **Jest, Postman, or equivalent**
*   Experience with **GraphQL**
