As a Technical Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to join this passionate team and contribute to our continued success.

## Tasks

*   Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
*   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers
*   Assist customers in setting up and configuring software or hardware products
*   Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a CRM system
*   Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide timely solutions

## Requirements

*   Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support
*   Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
*   Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
*   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*   Must speak either French or Italian fluently (minimum C1 English level) 
*   Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
*   Nice-to-have: 6 months’ experience in a Technical Support role
