About Cloud Studios

Cloud Studios is a Berlin-based AI-native product studio. We build focused digital experiences, validate them with real users and develop the strongest ideas into independent businesses.

Our current priority is a managed service and platform helping companies understand and improve how they appear across AI search and recommendation platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude.

We are a small team, so you will work close to the product, customers and commercial decisions. You will not spend your internship sitting on the sidelines or working through meaningless tickets.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building with AI. You will work directly with the founder to design, build and improve real product features using Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools, taking meaningful ownership of clearly defined features from understanding the problem through prototyping, testing and release, with regular guidance and review from the founders.

Day to day, you will:

• Build and improve features within our AI visibility platform
• Create internal workflows and product automations
• Turn rough product ideas into working prototypes
• Improve existing features based on feedback from users and the team
• Work with APIs, databases, LLMs and automation tools
• Test, debug and document what you build
• Contribute ideas for better UX, performance and product quality
• Help us identify where AI can make our products and internal processes faster or better

Your initial focus will be this product rather than a collection of unrelated side projects.

You do not need to meet every requirement, and you do not need a traditional computer-science background. You might come from product, design, UI/UX, software engineering, business or something completely different. What matters is that you are curious, resourceful, comfortable figuring things out and care about the quality of what you ship.

You should:

• Have built something using AI-assisted development tools, or be able to show that you are learning quickly
• Prefer building and testing over endlessly discussing
• Be able to break an unclear problem into practical steps
• Care about both visual and functional quality
• Test your work instead of assuming generated code is correct
• Communicate blockers early
• Be reliable with meetings and deadlines
• Be comfortable taking ownership while still asking for help when needed
• Be proactive and willing to learn a lot (super important!)

Experience with Claude Code, APIs, databases, Figma or automation tools is useful, but not required.

You will learn:

• How an AI-native product moves from idea to shipped feature
• How to use Claude Code effectively without blindly trusting generated code
• How customer problems are translated into product decisions
• How product, design, sales and delivery connect inside an early-stage company
• How to test, debug and improve software built with AI-assisted tools
• How a product studio evaluates, launches and grows new ventures
• How to work with real product constraints, priorities and customer feedback

You will also walk away with real, shipped work you can point to, not a folder of assignments nobody will ever look at. Strong performance may lead to an ongoing role as a working student, or a future Venture Associate as Cloud Studios grows.

Practical details:

• Duration: Three to six months
• Start date: Flexible, ideally as soon as mutually suitable
• Location: Berlin preferred; hybrid and remote arrangements are possible
• Working hours: To be agreed based on the internship structure and availability
• Structure: Mandatory internship or qualifying voluntary internship
• Compensation: The role is currently unpaid and is intended for candidates whose internship can legally be completed without minimum-wage entitlement, such as a mandatory university internship or another qualifying internship arrangement. The exact structure will be confirmed individually before the internship begins.
