## Tasks

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Business Development Representative, you'll work directly with our customers to drive their expansion into the DACH market, learning fast and delivering real impact.

**What would your day-to-day look like?**

**Client-facing responsibilities:**

*   **Campaign engagement:** Manage responses from outreach campaigns, handle follow-ups, and ensure leads progress smoothly through the funnel.
*   **Lead qualification:** Assess inbound leads to identify high-quality prospects. Schedule meetings that matter.
*   **Proactive prospecting:** When needed, go beyond templates. Research and engage new prospects through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, or cold calls.

**Overall responsibilities**

*   **CRM management:** Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
*   **Team collaboration:** Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to refine messaging, optimize outreach, and maximize conversion.

## Requirements

**ABOUT YOU**

*   **Experience:** You already had direct exposure to clients or customers, whether in sales, customer support, consulting, hospitality, call centers, or any other client-facing role (internships included). Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus, but not a requirement.
*   **German:** Strong professional proficiency (min required: C1+ level).
*   **English:** Ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.
*   **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*   **Self-motivation:** Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
*   **Resilience & ambition:** “Quick start” mentality with high production output.
*   **Adaptability:** Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
