We're looking for a highly driven, client-obsessed intern who leads with a business mindset - and is genuinely curious about AI and modern GTM tools. You'll work directly on client projects across the full GTM stack: from strategy and onboarding all the way to running campaigns and reporting on results.
You'll own work, talk to clients, and see the impact of what you do. You'll also get exposure to Tricle AI, our own SaaS platform for signal-driven sales, working at the intersection of client success and product.
Aufgaben
- Lead client onboarding: ICP definition, sales process mapping, campaign planning
- Build and operate GTM infrastructure
- Run and iterate campaigns end-to-end: ideation, messaging, A/B testing
- Act as the main point of contact for clients: communicate clearly, manage expectations, deliver on time
- Translate client needs into structured processes and reliable systems
- Onboard and support Tricle AI clients (SMB & enterprise), gathering feedback from real usage
- Identify where clients get stuck and work with the team to improve the experience
- Help build our own strategy, AI automations and workflows
Qualifikation
Business-first, tech-curious. Both matter.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree at a top-tier university - Business, Management, Economics, or related field with a quantitative or tech component
- You're a natural with clients: confident communicator, high empathy, strong follow-through
- You think in systems - structured, process-oriented, able to turn ambiguous problems into clear next steps
- Comfortable learning and working with AI & GTM tools (Clay, n8n, HubSpot/Salesforce, Claude, ChatGPT etc.). No coding required, but eagerness to get hands-on with modern tools is a must
- First professional experience working directly with clients
- High ownership mentality: you don't wait to be told what to do next
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment: things change, priorities shift, you adapt
- Fluent in English and German
