## **Responsibilities:**

* Operational Management of Accounts Payable:
   * Process, verify, and schedule payments for vendor invoices.
   * Handle day-to-day vendor inquiries and maintain vendor relationships.
   * Reconcile vendor statements and manage discrepancies efficiently.
* Operational Handling of Accounts Receivable:
   * Generate and send invoices to customers.
   * Track and reconcile incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
   * Address and resolve any billing queries from customers promptly.
* Daily Financial Operations:
   * Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable’s and receivable’s data.
   * Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
   * Support monthly closing processes and assist with financial audits.
* Operational Support:
   * Collaborate with other departments to facilitate financial operations.
   * Ensure all financial transactions are executed and documented in accordance with company policies.
   * Provide administrative support in areas related to finance when required.

## **Skills and Qualifications:**

* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* \[Specify number, e.g., 2-3\] years of operational experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the insurtech or fintech sector.
* Proficiency in utilizing financial software and MS Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills in both English and German.
