Kitchen Staff (m/f/d)

City Chicken is a halal quick-service restaurant brand with locations in Berlin and Cologne. Our Cologne restaurant on Breite Straße opened in September 2026 and we are building the kitchen team that runs it.

Our kitchen runs in English. You do not need German for this job.

Your tasks

• Preparing and grilling our chicken and sides to recipe
• Getting your station ready before service and restocking during the shift
• Keeping the kitchen clean and following hygiene standards
• Working with the shift team to get orders out fast

What we're looking for

• A team player who keeps a clear head when it gets busy
• Clean and organised, works to hygiene standards
• Reliable, resilient and committed
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• First experience in a kitchen is a plus, but not a must
• English is enough — German is not required for this role
• Valid work permit for Germany
