citPEAK is extending their team in Cairo with a Customer Success Manager - German Account.

## Tasks

*   Advice and support users after they become customers.
*   Proactively demonstrate possible use cases and best practices.
*   Provide Technical and Product Support.
*   Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty with existing customers.
*   Be the interface between existing customers and sales teams.

## Requirements

*   C1/C2 German language proficiency is a must.
*   Possess a sales-oriented, sociable, and adaptable personality.
*   Strong PC user skills.
*   Ability to learn independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
*   Experience in conducting business conversations over the phone and attracting new customers.
*   A basic understanding of software products and business processes is a plus.

## Benefits

*   Attractive fixed salary per month 60K EGP (Net).
*   Attractive target-based commission (unlimited) 
*   Career levels available based on preformance
*   Social and Health Insurance.
*   Transportation Allowance (3K EGP based on attendance from the office)
*   Remote option available.
*   2 days weekend: Saturday and Sunday.
*   One fixed shift 9 hours (8 net hours + 1-hour break).
