## Tasks

*   You work agilely and independently in self-organizing developer teams
*   Development in various projects based on TypeScript and React
*   Doing architectural decisions and leading small teams of developers
*   Coaching and mentoring interns and juniors in web frontend technologies
*   You ensure code quality with measures such as code reviews or UI tests
*   Designing modern interfaces with a good user experience

## Requirements

*   Completed studies in an IT-related field or comparable training
*   At least 4 years of working experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, as well as HTML and CSS
*   Great with React.js and related frameworks and libraries like Next.js and React Native
*   Deep understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, REST or Websockets
*   Clean code principles and high-quality requirements are essential to your work
*   Very good English and German language skills
