Tasks

We're hiring our first GTM Engineer to industrialize Chift's revenue engine. Our marketing team creates demand through events, content, SEO and webinars. The sales team turns demand into revenue. Your job is everything in between: capturing every signal we generate, qualifying it with AI, routing it to the right person at the right time, and giving the whole revenue org a data-driven backbone.

And you don't just wire the pipeline, you help fill it. You're always launching: shipping new lead magnets, dedicated campaigns for every event, and on-the-ground plays (booth activations, expert dinners, meetups) that create demand, before feeding them straight back into the machine.

You'll work closely with the CEO, Head of Operations, the sales team, and our marketing function, and you'll have direct ownership over the systems that fill our pipeline.

Here are some non-exhaustive tasks:

Build the outbound machine. Design and run multi-channel outbound sequences that book qualified meetings with European fintech and SaaS leaders. You'll own the tooling stack (Clay, LaGrowthMachine, HubSpot), the data, the messaging, and the handoff to our AEs.
Always Be Launching. You imagine new ways of engaging our prospects and you’re always on the hunt for new ideas. Organizing expert dinners, creating new landing pages for a certain type of customers, imagine new ideas to book meeting at a business fair, …
Be the bridge between marketing and sales. AEs get warm, contextual leads with all the info they need to close. Everything sales learns flows back into how we target the next batch. You're the person making that loop tight and fast.
Own the revenue data backbone. Pipeline dashboards, multi-touch attribution, conversion rates by stage, cost per qualified meeting, channel ROI. You bring data discipline to weekly revenue reviews and you're the person leadership turns to when they want to know what's actually working.
Make every AE 5x more effective with AI. Build agents everywhere. Our sales team should only focus on selling, while you’re automating their pipeline and admin.

Requirements

Experience: +2 years in growth, RevOps, marketing operations, or as a GTM Engineer in B2B SaaS.
GTM stack fluency: Comfortable with the modern growth stack (HubSpot, Clay, Make/n8n, etc). You don't need to know all of them, but you should pick up new tools fast.
AI-native: You already use Claude (or other), AI agents, and similar tools in your daily work. You're excited about how AI reshapes outbound, enrichment, and lead qualification, and you've probably already shipped something with it.
Builder mentality: You'd rather spend a week building the system than two more weeks running it by hand. You ship rough versions fast and refine them once you see how they perform. That’s the most important skill we’re looking for.
Drive: Ambitious, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Languages: Fluent English. French and/or Dutch is a strong plus.
