We’re hiring a Growth Operator to help us understand where users already gather, what they care about, and how trust and traction emerge inside online communities.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You’ll spend time inside Reddit, Twitter/X, Discord, forums, creator ecosystems, and niche online communities identifying:
- recurring pain points
- language patterns
- emerging narratives
- power users and potential champions
- high-potential distribution channels
We care more about curiosity, internet intuition, communication, and initiative than polished resumes. This is a fully remote position open to candidates globally. The team primarily operates within Central European Time (CET/CEST), Berlin working hours is expected for collaboration and communication.
Tasks
In your first phase, we expect you to build a strong understanding of the landscape and generate actionable go-to-market insights through direct community engagement. Early indicators of success include:
- A prioritized list of high-potential communities to target
- Real user pain points, recurring language patterns, and traction signals
- Early relationships with creators, power users, and potential champions
- Messaging angles validated through real community engagement
- Clear recommendations on which channels and narratives to scale further
This role is intentionally exploratory and high-agency; we value strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to uncover insights that shape broader GTM strategy.
Requirements

- Experience managing online communities or audience growth
- Strong execution mindset
- Experience owning measurable growth KPIs
- Strong communication and content instincts
- Experience using AI tools operationally
- Ability to move quickly and iterate
Strong Plus
- Experience using AI tools for content, workflows, or growth systems
- Built AI-assisted growth or community systems
- Experience running measurable growth experiments
- Community scaling or creator ecosystem experience
- Startup growth operations experience
