Job Context:

As a Freelance Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing projects. You’ll coordinate internal teams, external service providers, and clients, making sure deadlines and budgets are met while keeping track of all project phases.

Responsibilities (approximate workload split):

• 25% Keep project management documents up to date (especially in Notion)
• 25% Research and develop creative concepts
• 20% Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources
• 30% Other tasks:
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns (e.g., Ads, Content, Events)
• Coordinate between clients, creative teams, and external partners
• Prepare reports and status updates
• Ensure quality control and optimize project workflows
