## Your Mission Involves:

* Navigating the evolving markets of **video streaming and PayTV** identifying opportunities, and engaging clients with our cutting-edge solutions.
* Tailoring technical offerings to meet unique client needs, ensuring our solutions are both impactful and celebrated.
* Cultivating and strengthening strategic partnerships to expand market presence and establish castLabs as an industry leader.
* Representing castLabs at trade shows and industry events, showcasing expertise and building networks.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity, developing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Collaborating closely with technical teams, Product Management and Marketing to deliver seamless client experiences.
* Leveraging CRM tools to track sales activities, performance metrics, and opportunities.

## Your Profile:

* At least 3 years of experience in sales within the technology (SaaS) or video streaming industry.
* A proactive approach to crafting and refining sales strategies, with a keen eye for detail and a relentless drive for success.
* Proven success in building client relationships within sectors such as **OTT platforms, PayTV operators, content security providers**, and **streaming service aggregators**.
* Fluency in English, both for captivating conversations and crafting compelling proposals.
* An analytical mindset, ready to dissect challenges and strategize accordingly.
* A spirit of collaboration and a thirst for continuous learning.
* **_Candidates must be located in either the Pacific or Eastern Time Zones, or able to work standard business hours aligned with the Pacific Time Zone or Eastern Time Zone._**
