Cashfeed is a B2B SaaS platform that uses AI to automate the entire invoice process: from pulling invoices out of mailboxes and Peppol, through smart approval flows and matching transactions to invoices, all the way to automatic bookkeeping. More than 500 finance teams rely on Cashfeed. Together they have processed over 3.5 million invoices and save an average of 1 to 1.5 FTE per month.

About the role

We have a product that works, a clear pain we solve, and a sales team that wins deals. Our marketing team builds the brand and the audience (website, socials, content, paid ads, testimonials). What sits between those two is currently owned by no one: the layer that turns attention into qualified pipeline. That is your role.

This is a separate function, not a second marketing role and definitely not a classic SDR role. You are not a dialer working through lists. You are the operator who builds the system: the motions that generate targeted, sales-ready conversations, made scalable and measurable.

Our first priority is building that system in Belgium, with the right processes, measurement structures and channels. Once that foundation is scalable, you roll the same approach out to the Netherlands. You report directly to the founders and work closely with both Marketing and Sales, as the connective layer between them.

What you own

You are responsible for the qualified pipeline flowing toward Sales, and for the speed at which it converts. That is your number. You have the levers to move it, and you steer on data, not gut feeling.

Tasks

  • Build and grow the qualified pipeline flowing to Sales, owning both volume and velocity
  • Design and run outbound and ABM motions that produce targeted, qualified conversations
  • Turn events into pipeline: meetings and opportunities, not just logos on a banner
  • Convert the audience Marketing builds into sales-ready conversations through lifecycle and nurture, in close alignment with Sales
  • Define segmentation and account strategy: who we approach, with what message, at what moment
  • Set up a full measurement and reporting system so every motion is traceable, evaluable and repeatable (cost per opportunity, conversion per step, cycle time)
  • Continuously experiment, kill what does not work quickly, and scale what does
  • Once the Belgian approach is scalable, translate it to the Dutch market, including localization

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in a growth, demand generation or pipeline-driven role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience building pipeline through outbound and/or ABM, not just running campaigns
  • You work in a structured way and know your numbers. You make decisions based on data and results, not gut feeling
  • Experience setting up or managing measurement and reporting structures (funnel metrics, conversion, pipeline attribution)
  • A genuine hands-on mentality in an early-stage startup: you build it yourself, you do not just manage
  • A structured thinker who can translate ambition into concrete, executable plans
  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Experience using events as a pipeline channel
  • Experience in a B2B or fintech environment
  • Previous involvement in an international market expansion or scale-up journey
  • Experience managing an SDR or junior profile
