You should be excited by

• Building a product that automates complex compliance workflows.

You'll work directly with the senior founders to tackle both.

Some problems will look like product engineering.

Some will look like AI engineering. Some will look a lot like research.

You'll help us build product features, improve AI-powered workflows, and continuously push the boundary of what can be automated.

A final note from the CTO.

One thing I've learned is that engineering problems are often easier than organizational problems.

Many engineers spend years working around unclear requirements of business teams that don't fully understand the problems they're trying to solve.

That's not the situation here. Our CEO knows the domain, knows the customers, knows the problems.
