If you think AI is a gimmick, this role isn't for you.
If you think AI can replace great engineers, this role isn't for you either.
----
We believe AI doesn't create talent. It amplifies it.
Used poorly, it generates an exponential amount of technical debt.
Used well, it becomes a team of eager junior engineers capable of executing at machine speed.
The quality of the outcome depends on how well you organize them, guide them, and review their work.

We're building Lonio, an AI-native backoffice outsourcing service for Swiss finance & HR.
Most companies see AI as a product opportunity.
We do too.
But we believe the bigger opportunity lies in execution.
The companies that master AI-native engineering and product development will build faster, learn faster, and out-execute competitors still operating with traditional processes.
That's the company we're building.
Not just an AI product company. An AI-native service company.
Want to know how to build it? Watch this.
This is not a classical start-up, we are a spin-off out of BLP Digital, the fastest-growing AI scale-up in Europe.
You should be excited by
You'll work directly with the senior founders to tackle both.
Some problems will look like product engineering.
Some will look like AI engineering. Some will look a lot like research.
You'll help us build product features, improve AI-powered workflows, and continuously push the boundary of what can be automated.
As we grow, you'll help shape the product, the architecture, and the engineering culture of the company.
We're less interested in your credentials than your trajectory.
We don't have a predefined model of what a great engineer looks like.
Great engineers come from different backgrounds, think differently, and solve problems differently.
What matters to us is that you:
If you're unsure whether you qualify, we'd still encourage you to apply.
We're flexible on titles, backgrounds, and compensation structures.
A final note from the CTO.
One thing I've learned is that engineering problems are often easier than organizational problems.
Many engineers spend years working around unclear requirements of business teams that don't fully understand the problems they're trying to solve.
That's not the situation here. Our CEO knows the domain, knows the customers, knows the problems.
If you're looking for a startup where engineering and business genuinely work hand in hand, you might enjoy working with us.
Cheers, Lauriane & Nick
