Tasks

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, trailer manufacturers, fleet operators, and end users.
  • Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and close sales opportunities.
  • Represent Cargo Floor at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in transportation, trailers, manufacturing, agricultural, recycling, or industrial equipment industries.
  • Existing network within the trailer, trucking, or logistics sectors.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Fluency in Spanish or another European language.
