The Sales Person will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals. This role involves working closely with the Sales Manager to meet sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and product knowledge. The Sales Person will represent Cargo Floor in the U.S. market, contributing to the company’s expansion and success.
Tasks
- Actively seek new sales opportunities by networking, attending trade shows, and conducting market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Present Cargo Floor’s product offerings to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies and meet regional sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system (e.g., SAP).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Assist in coordinating with internal departments, such as logistics and technical support, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, waste, or agricultural sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend events.
