## Tasks

As a **Senior** **UX/UI Product Designer**, you will play a critical role in defining the design direction of our CARE App and digital ecosystem. We are looking for a **world-class** designer who understands how to blend **aesthetics, usability, and data-driven design** to create an engaging experience that people love to use.

**You will:**

*   Lead the **end-to-end design process** for our mobile app, from concept to execution.
*   Craft intuitive, visually **appealing UI** while ensuring optimal usability and accessibility.
*   Build and maintain a **design system** that scales across multiple platforms.
*   Develop **high-fidelity prototypes** in Figma, Framer (or similar tools) to bring concepts to life.
*   **Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and health experts** to ensure a seamless user experience.
*   Conduct **user research & usability testing** to refine and optimize design solutions.
*   Translate complex health data into **easy-to-understand visualizations** that empower users.

## Requirements

**What we’re looking for:**

*   Proven experience in **UI/UX design** and **designing functional, high-performing mobile apps**.
*   **Mastery of Figma** (and ideally tools like Framer, etc.).
*   **Exceptional communication skills**—you can clearly articulate design decisions, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and present your work with confidence.
*   Experience in **designing complex data-driven applications**.
*   Ability to **translate user needs into intuitive, high-impact design solutions**.
*   **Entrepreneurial mindset**—you take ownership, think strategically, and proactively seek opportunities to improve the product and user experience.
*   Passion for **health tech and innovation.**
*   **Fluent in English** (German is a plus).
*   A creative **problem-solver** with a growth mindset, high adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail.
*   Proven experience **collaborating with developers** to ensure seamless design implementation. 
*   Knowledge in **Behavioral Change Design** and **Data Visualization** is a plus.
